Who Can Apply:
Full-time Bachelor’s, Master’s & PhD students at EIU
Bachelor’s – from 2nd year of studies
Master’s – after completing 1 semester
PhD – from 2nd year
Requirements:
• Strong academic performance
• Good command of English (or the language of instruction at the host university)
