The Department of Management at Eurasia International University is launching the Organisational Business Transformation and Sustainable Management micro-qualification course, developed and delivered under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building project Micro-GEAR.

- Corporate social responsibility specialists
The course comprises three modules (18 ECTS):
- AI Tools for Research and Development (3 ECTS)
- Sustainable Management & ESG Frameworks (6 ECTS)
- Business Process Management with Capstone Project (6 ECTS)
Course objectives:
- Strengthen the ability to analyse organisational processes and identify areas requiring change
- Provide practical tools for planning and guiding organisational change
- Introduce sustainability frameworks related to business transformation (ESG, SDGs, circular economy)
- Foster leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in transformation contexts
