The announcement of the national education program, “Transforming Master’s Education for a Green and Sustainable Future” (T-GREEN), marks a significant milestone for Armenia’s educational landscape. With funding from the European Union and collaboration between the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, nine Armenian and four European universities, the National Center for Quality Assurance of Vocational Education, “Bridge of Hope,” and the Erasmus Students Network, the T-GREEN program aims to revolutionize master’s education in Armenia, aligning it with the principles of the EU Green Deal and Sustainable Development Goals.
Educational institutions involved in the initiative have pledged to transition from traditional educational programs to future-oriented, green, and interdisciplinary curricula. The program also seeks to promote student mobility and foster the implementation of cooperative educational initiatives.
Taking on the role of coordinator, the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, in collaboration with the co-coordinator, the Eurasia International University, which has already played a key role in a similar national educational program, will spearhead the efforts.
