QUALITY ASSURANCE
Internal system of quality assurance
The Quality Assurance center is one of the departments of Eurasia International University, which functions in accordance with the RA legislation, the EIU charter and EIU quality assurance guideline. The Quality Assurance center assesses research, academic and management performance of the university contribution to the continuous improvement and advancement.
The main objectives of the center are:
- To contribute to the compliance of offered academic programs and awarded qualifications to the European and national standards and guidelines
- To disseminate the accountability and quality within the university
- To establish methodological, organizational, technological and information foundation for the objective external assessment
- To foster the realization of strategic goals and mission of the university
External assessment
In 2015 the university was reaccredited by the National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance Foundation (ANQA) with the decision approved by the RA Ministry of Education and Science. The accreditation was carried out according to the national and European Standards and Guidelines and it evidence the compliance of the university with those set standards.
By the decree of the RA government of November 3, 2015, the accreditation committee awarded Eurasia International University a state accreditation certificate (the decree N959 – A/K, November 16 2015).
Quality assurance guideline
The EIU quality assurance guideline aims to define main approaches of the EIU quality management, quality assurance policy, mechanisms and processes. The guideline is designed for EIU administrative staff, faculty, students and other beneficiaries.
