The goal of the Bachelor’s degree program in “Management” is to train highly qualified specialists equipped with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in management. These specialists, with their professional competencies and abilities, will meet the requirements and standards set by both national and international labour markets.
The program is open to all interested individuals who possess a state-issued certificate of secondary (complete) general education, vocational secondary education, or primary vocational education.
The Bachelor’s program in Management follows a student-centred approach, and the learning process is carried out through the following methods:
- Attending lectures and reading assigned literature
- Participating in discussions
- Project-based work
- Independent research and defence of assignments
- Homework assignments
- Group work
- Oral presentations
- Case studies and example analyses
- Practical work based on employer assignments, etc.
The final semester is entirely dedicated to research work. During this period, students also undergo a pre-graduation internship, which takes place in a location relevant to the topic of their final thesis. The pre-graduation internship can be conducted in public institutions as well as private companies operating in various sectors.
Students who complete the Bachelor’s program may continue their studies at the Master’s level to obtain a Master’s degree in Management or a second speciality at the Master’s level. Additionally, they have the opportunity to obtain a Bachelor’s or certified specialist qualification in a second speciality within a shortened timeframe.
