The mission of the EIU Career Development and Employer Liaison Center is to foster meaningful interactions between the university and prominent enterprises and employers. We strive to elevate the competitiveness of our students in the labour market by providing them with valuable resources, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth. We aim to cultivate enduring connections between graduates and the university, ensuring ongoing support and collaboration.

The main directions of the centre’s activity encompass a comprehensive approach to career development and employer engagement, including:
- Organization of seminars, courses, and advisory services to equip students with essential skills and knowledge for navigating the modern labour market.
- Implementation of internship programs focused on resume building, effective self-presentation to employers, career development strategies, and other relevant topics crucial for professional success.
- Facilitation of meetings with employers and execution of volunteer programs to provide students with practical experience and networking opportunities.
- Expansion and maintenance of an electronic database of graduates to foster ongoing connections and support between alumni and the university.
- Collaboration with both public and private sector organizations to create diverse opportunities for students and graduates.
- Provision of information about job vacancies and other career-related opportunities to keep graduates informed and connected.
- Organization of events aimed at promoting career development, including round-table discussions and networking sessions.
- Implementation of professional orientation courses to help students explore various career paths and make informed decisions about their futures.
- Organization and execution of courses designed to develop additional skills beyond academic qualifications, enhancing students’ overall employability and readiness for the workforce.
