We were pleased to host Dr Soso Makaradze from Salzburg University for a teaching visit at Eurasia International University, where he delivered an engaging lecture and academic consultations for our Master’s students on research design and MA thesis preparation.
The teaching activity is implemented within the framework of the EU-co-funded Erasmus+ JoPSciP project, which has established a Joint Master’s Program, “Political Science: Integration and Governance” (POSIG). The session focused on transforming academic interests into well-formulated and researchable questions, identifying research problems, selecting appropriate methodologies, and developing strong theoretical frameworks. Through interactive discussions, brainstorming activities, and practical exercises, students had the opportunity to refine their thesis ideas and strengthen their research planning skills.
Our students’ active participation shows their strong interest in developing high-quality academic research and improving their analytical and academic writing skills. The visit was a great opportunity for academic exchange, sharing contemporary approaches to research methodology and graduate supervision.
