The EIU Delegation is currently in Sapienza, Italy, where the consortium members are discussing the ways of internationalization of higher education, research and innovation within the framework of the Harmony Program for Higher Education, Research and Innovation in the EU and partner countries, this time exploring the best practices of the Italian Sapienza University.

During the first day, the experience of the University on the introduction of various instruments of internationalization, as well as the consortium members (about 15 universities), was signed by signing a memorandum of joint efforts in the field of internationalization and the readiness to implement projects. Representatives of Armenia, Portugal and Belarus presented the results of the survey conducted among the higher education institutions of Russia, Armenia and Belarus, based on which the consortium members will present priorities for internationalization, suggestions to ministries of the mentioned countries (for system changes) and HEIs :

Harmony program launched in October 2015 and will end in September 2018. Within the framework of the project, it is possible to cooperate with leading international universities, to implement innovative and exchange programs.
Within the framework of the program, it is planned to elaborate methodologies for collection and analysis of information on international activities, study of international experience of international activities, analysis of international activities of RA, RF and Belarus universities, general and basic development strategy of internationalization, RA, RF and Belarus Professional qualification of specialists of higher education institutions.
