EIU admits graduates of secondary, basic or advanced technical schools, RA dual citizenship holders and foreign citizens, without age limitation. Students of other universities are also eligible to be transferred to EIU and complete their studies there.

FULL TIME
Full time Study

- For on-campus studies, admission of applicants is regulated by the relevant Order of the RA Government (“ The Order of Admission to State-run and Private Higher Education Institutions of the Republic of Armenia”).
- The on-campus study period at Eurasia International University is 4 years (240 credits).
- EIU admits graduates of secondary, basic or advanced technical schools, RA dual citizenship holders and foreign citizens, without age limitation.
- Admission to the first year of the EU undergraduate on-campus studies is administered by the Assessment and Testing Center in unified examination centres.
- Applicants fill in an admission application form online by following this LINK:
- Online applications are furthered to the Undergraduate Admission Committee for a thorough examination, after which a member of the Committee contacts the applicant to set up an interview date.
- In their application forms, applicants will state their choice and order of major fields of study, both for tuition-free and paid courses.
- If an applicant fails the admission exams, he/she cannot participate in the competition but can apply for the distance education courses of the University.
- The students applying on the basis of unified examination scores are entitled to some benefits, including free education and scholarships.

For the on-campus studies application documents should be filed:
- 1-st stage: from May 5, 2023, till June 1, 2023, inclusive
- 2-nd stage: from June 25, 2023, till July 2, 2023, inclusive
Citizens of the Republic of Armenia holding dual citizenship and foreigners, citizens of the Republic of Armenia who has graduated from educational institutions of foreign countries in the 2018-2019 academic year, applicants discharged from the army in the spring of the same year, the 2023 graduates of basic technical (crafts) and advance technical schools can apply from June 25 to July 2, 2023, inclusive:

- A certificate with a photo of the applicant proving his/her completion of the secondary education, verified by the school Principal (graduates of previous years submit their graduation certificate or diploma)
- 6 photos (3×4 sm)
- Document related to military service (male applicants of the army conscription age can apply only if they have a corresponding record about a draft deferral in their military registration paper, and those who had been previously granted deferrals for health reasons should demonstrate the relevant records of the Central Military Medical Commission)
- Identity Document (passport, military ID, birth certificate, RA special passport, residence permit) and its copy
- Military ID and a certificate from the Military Commissariat documenting the applicant’s military service (location and performance)
- Copy of the Social Card
- Receipt of fee payment of 1500 AMD for each Inter-University exam, as well as admission and registration fees
PART TIME
Part-Time Study
- Admission application forms for Distance courses and E-Learning are filled in online, following this LINK:
- Distance learning at Eurasia International University is designed for 5 years, and 240 credits are spread out through 10 semesters. The academic year is structured in two semesters, each lasting 4 weeks. Distance learning students hand in individual papers as per their curricula.
- The effectiveness of the student’s academic process is secured via electronic textbooks and teaching AIDS, educational videos, videotapes, audio recordings, computer programs, etc.
- EIU admits distance undergraduate courses applications in the following major fields:

TRANSFERS
Transferring Students
Continue your studies at Eurasia International University
- Academic mobility of undergraduate students is administered in accordance with the “The Order of Academic Mobility of Students in Higher Education Institutions” approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia
- Please note that the students intending to transfer to EIU must submit an academic certificate issued by the previous university, signed and stamped by a relevant official. Based on this document, the relevant EIU faculty will examine the mutual recognition of credits.
- Transfer of a student is allowed if, at the time of transfer, the difference between the credits taken in the previous university and the curriculum of the admitting one does not exceed 20 credits. Otherwise, the student is offered placement in another affiliated major field or to obtain the required credits while retaking the previous semester.
- A student is denied a transfer in the first and final years of undergraduate courses.
- Transfers of students from other universities to EIU with or without a change of their major field or involving a change of schooling type ( on-campus, distance or e-learning) are performed according to the student’s application forms addressed to the EIU Rector.

- Transfer applications should be submitted within 2 weeks prior to or after academic studies of corresponding semesters.
INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS
General Provisions
- Admission of foreign students is administered in accordance with the “The Order of Admission of Foreign Students to Higher Education Institutions of RA” approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia
- In accordance with that Order applications of foreign students are processed through the Ministry of Education of RA.
- EIU counts on a Preparatory Courses Department for foreign students whose education level is on par with the curriculum of secondary schools of RA, including those who are not fluent in Armenian.
- The Preparatory Department teaches the language of instruction and the basics of major subjects, which are a prerequisite for taking entrance examinations in that particular field.
- The Preparatory Department offers foreign students long-term (eight-month) and intensive (six-month) courses.
- Eight-month preparatory courses are held in November-July and the intensive courses, in January-July of each academic year.
- Final examinations of the Preparatory Department serve as entrance examinations for the first year of the academic studies:

- Completed application form addressed to the Minister of Education and Sciences of RA (the form is provided by the Ministry)
- Form 1 and Form 2 should be downloaded, printed, completed and signed prior to submission
- Questionnaire provided by the Ministry which can be downloaded through QUESTIONNAIRE
- Medical certificate on general health status. This certificate may also be provided by medical bodies of the Republic of Armenia
- Copies of all pages of the passport or birth certificate and (or) baptism certificate
- Copy of the document certifying the academic education level
- 4 photos (3×4 sm)
- CV written in Armenian, Russian or English
- Receipt of admission and registration fee payment (in Armenian drams equivalent to 100 USD)
IMPORTANT
- The documents will be considered only if ratified by the consular departments of diplomatic missions of the Republic of Armenia in foreign countries, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Armenia or international agreements:
- The documents and the EIU Rector’s reference letter are submitted in person to the Ministry of Education and Sciences by an authorized representative of the University. If the applicant is physically present in the Republic of Armenia, he/she can personally submit the above documents to the Ministry.
- If you want an EIU representative to submit the documents to the RA Ministry of Education and Sciences, please mail the full package of documents at the following address: info@eiu.am. The fields NAME and SURNAME should be filled in by the applicant’s first and last names.
- Documents admission and processing fee
- The documents’ admission and processing fee (100 USD) is not refundable. The University bank details for the fee payment can be downloaded via the following LINK. Your application will not be considered unless accompanied by the payment receipt.

- Distance learning: from July 1 till September 15
