Based on the established methodology, research papers were evaluated by the Quality Assurance Center and Research Incubator of the EIU before the final defense. The compliances of papers were checked based on the requirements of the «Bachelor Research Paper and Master Thesis Preparation” guide, as well as “Procedures for Preventing Academic Honesty and Plagiarism”. The revealed outcomes and omissions, as well as the positive outcomes were presented to the supervisors and students.

During the pre-defense of the papers, the students received constructive suggestions from their supervisors, the staff of the Quality Assurance Center, and the Research Incubator, and were given the opportunity to make corrections before the defense.

It should be reminded, that the development of students’ research skills is considered to be one of the EIU priorities. The university aims to radically change the research culture at the university by providing feedback to students, as well as through the implementation of various training courses.
