Call for applications

EIU announces the call for applications for Erasmus+ Credit Mobility at Lodz University (Poland).

The Polish Polish language course will be offered from 16th of September 2019 , but the university does not offer erasmusplace in dormitories for that period. This course can be skipped and the grantee is asked to join the study program by 1st of October.
FIRST stage

The deadline for applications is 5 June

3. Cover letter
4. Certificate of student status from your university
5. Transcript of records (grades)
6. English language certificate if the student has one
7. Scanned copy of the last school/educational certificate or degree obtained – eg. high school certificate, BA diploma
8. Other documents confirming the student’s qualifications and achievements
9. A scanned copy of the passport – the page with student’s picture

IMPORTANT.
 The undergraduate candidates should complete the first semester at their home university before they apply for the mobility. The candidates cannot be enrolled in their last semester of their studies.
 The candidate that will fail to deliver any of the above documents will be not be eligible to take part in the programme.
 Please make sure that all candidates are compatible with the profile of the courses contained in the AGREEMENT. One of the faculties has to be the main one, which means that student has to choose about 51% of courses from one faculty at UL (from the list of subjects) and rest of courses can be chosen from the other UL faculties if necessary.
 All documents should be submitted in English
 Application documents has to be named in particular way (name of document_student name and surname eg. Application form_John Malkovich)
 EIU issues official document during 3 working days, thus we advice to apply for receiving certificate of student status from your university and Transcript of records way in advance.

II STAGE
– The second stage of the recruitment process is carried out by the receiving university, after EIU pre-selects and nominates 10 students
– At this stage an additional interview via Skype with each/chosen students.
