Study opportunity at the University of Santiago of Compostela within the Erasmus+ program

Dear EIU Students,

Within the frames of the Erasmus+ program and the agreement signed between the Eurasia International University and the University of Santiago of Compostela (Kingdom of Spain), EIU students will have an opportunity to take part in a scholarship competition to study at the University of Santiago of Compostela during the Autumn semester of the academic year 2023-2024.

Undergraduate nominees must have completed a minimum of 1 academic and 1 academic semester for Graduate students’ years at EIU before joining the University of Santiago of Compostela.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:

PhD students: They need either B1 Spanish or B1 English.

Master students: Please take into account that they need a B1 level of Spanish for all the Masters because classes are mostly taught in Spanish.

There are 2 Masters programs that can accept students with a B1 level of English (only these 2 Masters): Master in Chemistry at the Interface with Biology and Materials Science Master in Advanced English Studies and its Applications

There is one Master in which classes are taught in Spanish or Galician, but they have support in English for students who aren’t fluent in Spanish: they can do the presentations and projects in English, and the tutorships are in English:

Master in Biomedical Research

Bachelor students: Please take into account that BA needs a B1 level of Spanish for all the Degrees because classes are mostly taught in Spanish.

  1. There is an exception for the following Degrees, which can accept students with a B1 level of English (only these 3 Degrees)
  2. Degree in English Philology and Literature (some subjects)
  3. Degree in Chemistry (only some topics)
  4. Degree in Chemical Engineering (only some issues in Spring Semester)
