Vacancy announcement for the Head of the Department of Management at Eurasia International University.

MINIMUM Requirements
➡ Scientific degree
➡ At least 3 years of administrative work experience in higher education sector
➡ Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)

☑ Knowledge of contemporary issues and trends in higher education, knowledge of innovative instructional technologies
☑ Knowledge of National and European standards for quality assurance
☑ Leadership and Management Skills
☑ Team building, effective communication, conflict management and negotiations skills and abilities
☑ Excellent written and oral communication skills
☑ Effective, creative, and quick when solving problems, ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations
☑ Institutional policy development and implementation abilities in line with the institutional needs and priorities

Job responsibilities
➡ Strategic management of the department in line with the EIU Internationalization strategy
➡ Operational management of the department
➡ Developing and monitoring of educational programs in line with the ratified procedures
➡ Specification of scientific and research priorities, projects coordination
➡ Needs assessment and retraining of scientific and pedagogical personnel, implementation of targeted training initiatives
➡ Development and implementation of educational, scientific and scientific-methodological grant programs in close cooperation with the University’s Research Center and faculty
➡ Providing close collaboration with employers aimed at increasing the student employment rate
